Main drive

The main transmission part of loom is directly driven by a motor with high starting torque which replaces to eliminating the electromagnetic clutch and brake system. The motor adjusts the output in real time based on load of loom. When the loom stops, the motor with stop in-phase so as to maximize energy saving. For optimal speed required for different fabric, just make some settings on the human-machine interface of loom. Main drive motor is directly lubricated and cooled through main oil circulating system, so there is no additional maintenance.

Weft insertion drive
Weft insertion drive system is driven by a space linkage system under coaxial design with can shaft. The system is simple and stable. the gently speed change can reduce the force of weft transport.
Gripper Shed

According to the different requirement of fabrics from users, the TT-858 has three kinds of interchangeable gripper shed systems:

The shed system C-shaped guide hooks, which can operate stably at a higher speed, is with better stability, small rapier head and small shed The shed system with G-shaped shed hook uses the slightly wider rapier tapes and the strengthening toothed wheels, Main consumable parts is cheap and bought easily in the market.

The shed system without guide hooks can provide maximum warp friendliness and get delicate fabrics. The system uses wide rapier tape in carbon fiber and toothed wheel in reinforced resin.The shed is made up of raceboard with flannelette.

Beating-up
Beating-up device is located on the main cross beam in the front of loom and near the center of loom. This design can greatly enhances the overall beating-up inflexibility so as to ensure a full-width uniform fabric, and specially easy for weaving heavy fabrics.
Shedding motion
The shedding driven by electronic dobby connected by with output shaft of loom, The traverse of head frames is adjusted outside the loom, no drive belt is used.
Pick-finding
The new pick -finding structure makes it possible to directly change the leveling angle of loom through the HMI, which can greatly facilitate weaver and easily control the quality of fabric.
Electronic let-off (ELO) and take-up(ETU)
ELO and ETU systems are directly integrated on both sides of the frame box, the structure is simple and compact. The EL O and ETU motion is driven by straight gears with hardened surface, it is without worm wheel and rod which is easy to wear out. The lubrication of straight gears is from the main circulation lubrication system of loom, therefore no additional maintenance is required.
Link of Heald frame
The link of heddle frame is equipped with a convenient top-mounted regulator, which is simple and convenient for the shed adjustment for operator without limit of space.
Electronic selector,selvedge leno device,selvedge cutter
These individual driven electronic selector, selvedge leno device and selvedge cutter are for a standard of the loom. These electronic devices are driven by some separate motors, they can be easy to remove or reinstall or replace. These electronic devices are with simple and stable structure, So minimize maintenance work.
Electric control system
Electric control system adopts 32-bit industrial ARM and big color touch screen human-machine interface, which contains many functions such as electronic stepless speed adjustment of main motor, pattern editing, production statistics, parameter settings, servo compensation for let-off and take-up, machine operation monitoring, variable speed weaving, cramming weaving, variable weft density weaving, electronic leveling adjustment to meet the various weaving demands from users.
